Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and specialized shipping instructions.
Prepare the E-bike
Ensure the bike is clean and packed securely in its original heavy-duty box with all chargers, keys, and manuals included to prevent damage during transit.
Schedule a Pickup
Due to battery safety regulations, we will arrange a professional freight carrier to pick up your e-bike directly from your doorstep at a scheduled time.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians inspect the returned item to verify its condition, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 5-7 business days.
